this entry should have updated on my last entry after returning from Cabo. such a struggle to lose without more physical activity. knee is not as good after last injection. seems this cooler rainy weather is stil affecting my ability to move...and that sux!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
