So - an interesting thing seems to be happening. Since I had my big "cheat day" , I have been very steadily losing weight! The kicker is, I have been cheating little bits every day - usually consuming between 30 and 40 grams of carbs per day, and sometimes more. I'm noticing more of a correlation between the ]amount of food and weight loss, than I am carb grams and weight loss. A little weird, and I don't know what to make of it. Anybody else out there ever experienced this?

Maybe your body was slightly in starvation mode and when you indulged it kicked it back into "ok to lose" mode? Unsure. As long as it works, right?
