pureheiress's Journal, 03 March 2010

I've been quite tired lately. It's like I have some sort of sleeping disease. I missed my first lecture yesterday and I only had one lecture for the whole day!! I slept all night as well as further into the day.

I have no idea why, it sure isn't from lack of food, it's probably damn hormones, I swear I fight with my body most days.

I had a laboratory today and made a few new friends, I must seem like one of the snobby types, maybe because I like to watch and observe before I run and talk to people. Quite happy that my new lab partner's have more than 10 brain cells between them which makes it a lot easier for all of us!

I've been feeling quite piggy lately yet again. Maybe I should rename myself piggyheiress but I have been managing to stay within my RDI, only just though!

Got a lot of study to do so haven't been exercising more than usual which is lame. I can't wait for my back to heal so I can get back to more back centred exercises without fear of ripping skin off

Good luck to all,
till tomorrow

Pure Heiress xoxo

Your calorie intake might be too low if you're feeling tired all the time. Either that, or you just need some sleep. It seems like you are pretty busy with all that schooling and all. Well and hormones could be messing with you too. You're definitely not alone in the chronic case of tiredness. In case you haven't noticed, there is a reason why caffeinated beverages are taking over the world. Hope you get your Z's.

And is it just me that gets super sleepy eyed when I have to study or a class to go to :/ I dont think it has anything to do with food...more mind tripping over the idea of more education haha! Keep it up:l
