I tried to do low carb, but it's just so hard for me. staying under 100 just didn't happen this last week. I'll try again this week, but my word I'm addicted to carbs.
182.9 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
