Menstruation sucks for my weightloss, but it could have be worse. I gave into my food cravings a bit, but I gained less than a pound back so that's something to celebrate. This week I'm going to eat as clean as I can and do low calorie to help get me back on track for my goal.

I can do this! You can do this!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
