Just call me "Carb girl today!"

Last night the devil started talking - trying to convince me it was okay to go over 1800 calories. When I caught on to who it was providing the message I snuffed that one out! And quick!

This morning amazed me - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps - on some moves I totally brought it. Others - like the one armed pushup - my right arm was having none of it this morning. (It was the arm I broke in 4th grade, so maybe that has something to do with it).
