I am impressed with my steps from yesterday considering I felt like I never really left my desk. I am working on a 52 page grant and it has to be sent out TODAY! If we don't receive this grant I may need a day off!!! When I came home the only exercise I did was my weights but it felt good to do them so I am glad I pushed myself.
Here's today and getting that grant down, plus a few other things, and my hope is a reward of a walk, if it's not to smokey.
