My weight loss stuck for 4 days, I was the same way every day and it was so frustrating. So I decided to add one tablespoon of coconut oil to my bone broth. Hubs says it's just a coincidence but ever since I started doing that I've been dropping weight again. I only have one cup of broth every day and only one tablespoon every day but my body seems to respond to it. I was losing 1 lb a day but because I didn't lose weight for those four I never caught back up I just completely skip losing weight those days. My goal was to be in the 170s by the time I finish my fast but I don't think I'm going to make it but that's okay. I'm just really amazed I've lasted this long and I just have a little longer to go woohoo!
184.6 lb Lost so far: 54.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I think you're right on target with the coconut oil! I realized almost every time I house/dog sit for a friend of mine I don't really lose much weight, or I gain. She has to travel for work for a week every 6-8 weeks for a week at a time, so between that and general monthly PMS fluctuations, I find myself cursing the scale at times! She will be back from a 12 day vacation to Canada tomorrow. Yesterday I hadn't eaten yet when I stopped by my house, so I finally got on my scale to see that I had gained weight. I was at 232 at my lowest a few weeks ago after a long fast (yes, I knew I'd gain a few pounds back, but still!) and yesterday the scale said 244! YIKES! I did some checking and realized that in my effort to take a minimal amount of stuff to her house when I'm there, I leave the big container of coconut oil at home and just stick to HWC in my coffee, butter and bacon grease for cooking. Not having coconut oil and not losing weight... hmmm... I called this a big clue! I stopped and had some coconut oil last night at my house and was down a pound today. I will make sure I continue to have at least 2 tablespoons of CO each day for the next week and we'll see what happens.

Ehead, I was right where you are. It sounds like you're Keto, I am too. Just keep trying and figure out what works for you that's what I did. Glenn you're so sweet you're always so supportive I thank you so much for your encouraging words I appreciate them so much!!! 💕

I agree with Glen, and those measly days pale in comparison to your achievements. Numbers are just that; numbers. I am also rooting for hubby; perhaps you will reassess your 160 goal. 😉😉. Woot woot.
