What a great way to start the weekend. I'll never understand why I go up and down for days then suddenly have a drop, but I'll take it. I weighed myself 4 times this morning to be sure the scale wasn't acting wonky. This drop just reaffirms that exercising daily is the only way for me to lose pounds. I was eating decent and not exercising for a month and didn't lose anything. I got back on track exercising this week and voila.
