Ok, so I've decided on trying the atkins diet, but had already made plans to make pasta last night. So I comprimised. I only had one piece of garlic bread ( I usually have two) only 1/2 a plate (Usually 1 and 1/2) and salad with no dressing ( usually covered with ranch) :) And for breakfast 2 scrambled eggs with a little shredded cheese. :) Took the baby to the park today and ran around with her for a bit. Maybe I'll do some leg lifts or even attempt some situps if my back will let me. :)It all counts right? I am feeling good today and quite motivated. I can do this. I will do this. I will stick to it and I will be glad that I did. I will have more energy, I will be in better health, and clothes shopping won't suck anymore. I will have increased self esteem and a better marriage. I can't wait.
