175 lbs! Last year at the same time I weighed a whole lot less. What a difference a year can make. Here I go again. Determined yet again to shed some weight. It's not for lack of exercise, but not enough self control when it comes to eating the wrong stuff...or simply "weigh" too much of the right stuff. My plan for this next month at least is to shed my salt and sugar cravings. It's another season and of course, it's never the wrong time to begin, so now is the time is to resume good habits.
My Plan: 1. Record everything I eat as accurately as possible. 2. Reduce carbs, especially breads and grains. 3. Continue my workouts. Now with dragon boat season coming to a close, this will mean more gym time. 4. Destress with my new digital piano. (It's the coolest). 5. Think "healthy" options at all times. Yahoo....
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
