i was in a car accident Aug 15th of last year and have been unable to exercise and feeling sorry for myself. I went way off my diet and gained 21 lbs.

try hcg diet it works wounders, follow to the "t" and u will see results. all you have to do is first 2 days eat allot of avocado and olive oil with sour cream and healthy fats after that follow everything it says and that first weak you will see really good results.
