Weight up a little due to bump up in carbs and quantities eaten. Light week lifting from feeling tired, hopefully the raise in food intake will increase my energy. RUNNING STARTS TODAY! New shoes.
227.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
