Too much stuff going on earlier today to do my workout. It's hard to find 20 minutes to myself in this house! I really cheated on my diet today. Corina baked a chocolate cake and left half of it here. I had 3 pieces! I got back on track tonight at work, and just had a slim fast shake, a small cup of yogurt and an apple for dinner. Now I'm off work and going to do my workout. The kids will just have to make their own lunches.
