Went to the Golden Corral Buffet yesterday and still managed to lose a pound this Morning... :) Did'nt really eat a whole lot Chicken/Fish but for the most part it was Fried. I'm sure its because of my daily exercise routine that I'm still loseing weight. Really enjoyed the outing but not something I'd do often.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
