Pretty decent weight loss today... I think its because the weather is'z getting really nice and I'm able to do a little bit of exercise every day now... one day indoors next day outdoors.
246.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
