Even tough its weekend and holiday I went out to the city and ate lunch. I tried to chose something containing as few calories as possible, so i ordered a Chicken Salad which contained fried cashewnuts (i didnt know) and bread that i cant eat. After getting a huge plate with salad and awful broccoli i felt full and ill. I think it was flour in it.
I felt full all day, but I still got to eat pizza for dinner..
I need my training studio now.
