This week I changed my daily calories to 1400, to test out if I could adjust my eating habits. It wasn't that bad, and I was able to manage it. It made me change my habits so I was under - closer to 1200 calories - for a couple days. But even when I eat right at 1400 calories, I still don't have a 500 calorie deficit (It's about ~473), so if there was no extra activity I'd lose just shy of a pound.

Activity wise, I've been sticking to my normal routine. Today, becasue of something I was unable to do my normal workout, but I'll make up for it with a nice walk outside.

Today I was supposed to see if I hit my goal, but unfortunately my TOTM started yesterday, which means I've been gaining around 1-2 pounds of water weight over the past few days. I'll only know the culmination of this week and next week's efforts at next week's weigh in. Eh, it happens.

So, assuming I hit my goal next week, my next goal will be to reach 130 lbs (Maybe by the end of the semester?) From this point on, I'm focusing not only on cardio, but toning as well. I want to have plenty of room for possible weight gain for when I study abroad in Japan this summer. It would be so cool if I was so active, that I maintained or lost without much effort. Regardless, I will enjoy myself :D (It's not everyday you get to live in Japan for 8 weeks!)

So, for this week, I'm keeping up the hard work and I'll see what happens next Saturday!
