Again I am here. I love routine and my macro numbers are my new way of starting a journal entry. Sometimes I can ramble and forget to be on point. Everything else in my life at this moment is calm . I have a yoga practice I do at home on the days I do not go to the gym. I always feel more ready…when I follow a routine. i get a little obsessed with Keto. For now that’s ok. So…I leave you to go bake some Keto Peanut butter cookies ( for tomorrow)!!! ;>)
