I stopped drinking alcohol and even though I'm eating more sweets, I've lost weight! It's inspired me to be more diligent about eating well and exercising.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
