For the past year and 1/2, I have maintained weight fairly well with a fluctuation of 5lbs. Still not at my goal though.

Just now coming from 2 week European trip and am ready to diet again. Will try what worked before: 700 - 900 calories, but this time with HIIT (minimum) and mild weightlifting exercises. Will only keep this up for a maximum of 1 month.
