Returning to 20 net carbs.

Fatter than ever and wanting it gone.

No longer going to try and rush it or stress about how long it's going to take...

20 net carbs worked best for me in the past with moderate protein and high fat so I'm going to do it again.

Talk is cheap so no big speeches from me again - just humbled and going to take this day by day.

Miss Sharon. You can do this! Only YOU CAN do this. Dont give up on yourself, ever. Take it meal by meal, day by day. From checking your journal, sounds as if you may do best eating low carb. There are SO many recipes and variations of carb filled foods that are low carb/Keto friendly...even sweets. Check out diet doctor website, Pinterest etc for some ideas. I was a carbahaolic big time!!! I used to say that if I ever HAD to eat low carb, just go ahead and kill me. Well, diabetes was diagnosed and here I am, not only eating Keto/low carb but loving it! I still enjoy my Italian foods, pizzas, pasta (zoodles or shiratake noodles) and even potato salad (cauliflower) and I never liked veggies 😂😂. You have to believe you can do it. I believe in you! You're worth it. We're here for ya girl!

thanks :). I do enjoy low carb it's just not lazy friendly hahaha...I'm back for 3-4 days now and I'm doing very well and feeling good. I just have to keep it up and be consistent. It's harder for me on the weekends when alcohol gets involved...but reading some books on giving up the booze for good because I'm thinking I'm an alcoholic and it doesn't help me lose or eat like I should.
