After roughly 2 weeks eating ad lib (maybe a bit more than ad lib to be honest) I'm going to refocus on my deficit and calorie goal. I've got more fat to lose. While the scale weight hasn't gone up significantly I've been on a plateau for the better part of a month. I plan to journal each day here.

I'm grateful for having someone who loves me.

I'm grateful for having a dog and enjoying his demeanor and companionship.

I'm grateful for having financial stability at this point in my life.

I plan to speak with Tiffany when I go to DexaFit to get my Fit3D scan about my Polar watch's "Calories burned" and how it associates with my RMR, diet and my way of eating. I hope she is able to give me some insights!
