Well, my calorie count is back up, but my carbs are too, that isn't good!
My protein is down too, that is not good at all.
I must work harder at eating more protein less carbs but all in all, I will take it all and be happy that I am recording again, to better see where I need work.
I need work all over. lol But I am working on me, everyday every way.
I still need to do my Yoga, but I like doing it in the evening, instead of the morning. I just enjoy it more in the evening, and it seems to help me sleep better at night.

Yes April761, I am back. And yes, I am doing my workout in the evening. I read somewhere this past week, FB maybe? That some folks do better when they do their workouts in the evening, contrary to what most people say. So, now I guess after reading that, I am OK with the evening workouts. Feels better to me. I wake up better, and get to moving better in the mornings after having worked out the evening before.
