I can tell that all of my glycogen has been depleted, I've got that raw and sinewy look back, absolutely loving it. Of course my wife hates it, just makes me like it that much more. :D

Great that you're happy with your look. I guess your wife will just have to get used to it. Maybe remind her how you looked prior to the journey and how less healthy you were and ask what she prefers. Take care and all the best to you and yours
