187. Down from 204 when I started this July 6. (Scale I was using then weighed light. Bought two new scales to check against one another.) Feeling better and fasting a.m. blood sugar reflects it: 116.

1558 kcal Fat: 81.09g | Prot: 124.86g | Carb: 90.32g.   Breakfast: Mashed Potato made with Milk and Fat (from Dry), Muenster Cheese, Egg, PAM Original Canola Cooking Spray, Silk Unsweetened Soymilk. Lunch: Cinnamon, Bananas, Fage Greek Yoghurt, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Frigo Light Mozzarella Cheese Stick. Dinner: Caesar Salad Dressing, Outback Steakhouse Outback Special (6 oz), Butter, Outback Steakhouse House Salad. Snacks/Other: Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Kind Nuts & Spices Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt, Silk Unsweetened Soymilk. more...
