So didn't do great Saturday. We went boating and I shared a nachos with a friend and had some vodka. Otherwise I was good, but still it could be enough to wreck me. I was back on it yesterday and will be today. Tomorrow I travel so trying to plan a decent day out with travels and expecting that I will not have access to anything that I can have, but everything that I shouldn't have. Wednesday will be a day in the office and attending the funeral of my friends husband. Mostly I will try to keep the glutens out of my diet. I will try to be low carb, but where I can't I will be gluten free.
