Did a double workout this morning to try to lose the weight I gained. I am so tempted to like fast, but I know that backfires on me. Hopefully, I will do okay for the rest of the week until Christmas this Sunday, otherwise I don't know if I can enjoy eating on that day. I guess I am having some mis emotions this morning and I little bummed out since I was doing so well. I don't want to lose it.

it will be ok. instead of fasting, eat about 6 times today...but tiny amounts. it keeps the metabolism going. I also break up my workout routine into increments which works too, if I split up the activity, it keeps the metabolism burning. It's going to be ok...you'll see. By Wednesday you'll be back on track buddy.
