come on friend...nothing that the next day won't take care of! don't worry too much...even if you gain, it will only be temporary! hey, last Saturday my husband and I went out for Pizza...it was heavenly and I ate 4 slices! 3 days later I actually LOST a lb! so, sometimes they say that cheating like this is a good reminder for the body and somehow it works to boost us along on the dieting! I don't know if it's true, but it's worth believing! :)
