Stomach was hurting around 1 am. Had some pecans, cashews, 3 crackers and 4 andes mints. Didn't care. Angry at stomach pain. The food settled it.

This was cheating. First time. Not worried about it being a pattern. I have no problem sticking with my diet; no abandoning it.
245.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 110.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
