I have stalled. Was on a real tear - dropping pounds like crazy, and then I got dumb and ordered a bunch of Low carb products from Netrition. I can only assume that the stall (and GAIN of two pounds) is because of those products. Back to strict induction I go. Again. I refuse to give up this time!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 March 2012:

You know, it may be just your body adjusting to the weight loss because you have been doing really well. Do whatever you think will resolve the issue, but don't beat yourself up over it. Hang in there!

When I was on this WOE in the past I tried to add other low carb products from Netrition and I ended up stalling as well. You have to be careful of the hidden sugars. For example I made bacon this morning which of course says it has no carbs in it but then I take a bite and I feel like I am eating a piece of candy or something. Small print on corner says Cured in Sugar. How can it be 0 carbs if it tastes just like sugar. All I am saying dont trust your labels all the time.

That's kinda what I'm thinking, too. Better to eat whole foods so you KNOW what's in it or not in it.
