These are the stats from my ride today, I did a loop to include the best views and most rideable route to get the mileage in. 30 plus today and a 1000 plus calories. Great day. It's expected to be raining tomorrow (what's new) so I will go to the gym. Hope everyone's well. Take care, l will update my journal tomorrow after I have been to the gym.
