That's typical l have cycled 30 miles, walked around 5 miles shopping and now that I have settled down for the night (10:30pm) my fitness tracker tells me It's Time to Move lol I ask you is this a joke lol

I know what you mean Fluffy it is an little devil it vibrates and beeps at the stupidest times, l could be just getting in bed l getting all snuggled up and about to drift off to the land of nod and off it goes lol l would be permanently drunk if l used it for a tinny lol
