I've been eating a gluten free rhubarb coffee cake and u eat a piece of it and u just want more I limit ed myself to a1×3 piece si I don't get many so many calories at one time it's very moist and really good .u need to try it .

I love rhubarb. It tastes like a tangy, slightly bitter celery with a texture like a cross between celery stalks and sugar cane.
