Had a really bad evening. The good news is that instead of eating I lost my appetite. Things will be okay. God is still good and the devil is defeated. I hope everyone is doing good. Be encouraged.

Bad day, so sorry to hear that, not sure if loosing your appetite meant the day was devastating, or you are cutting the ties to the bad old habbits so many of us share.....hoping it's the latter XXX
