I am 58 years old, I have 2 wonderful children and a great supportive hubby. I live on the central coast of California where you have to love fog or at lest make friends with it. :)

I am still working so exercise is my greatest challenge. Like to hike, travel, photography and art.
I love the Lord and I'm learning how to be disciplined with food, carbs, sweets and sweets.

I believe the devil put snickers on earth just to keep us F A T. LOL
Did I mention I have a great sense of humor?

Looking for a Buddy that needs to loose 50 lbs, is over 50 and female
Sorry males but we all know you drop weight faster, I am currently on Akins and am doing well but will not stay on it long due to concerns about how healthy it is.

Looking for the perfect diet fit for me and a cheer team of buddies.
