Lost 2 pounds overnight. Must be water weight. sauteed frozen spinach with rotel tomatoes, onion and garlic, salt & pepper and a little lemon juice. Zip & steamed some frozen flounder - hated it. Going to stick with fresh fish only from now on. Zip & steaming some lemon pepper chicken for lunch with spinach. It's almost noon and I am starting to get a little hungry.
