I'm down a pound since last week, which isn't great, compared to previous weeks, but at least I'm still headed in the right direction; and it puts me in the 280's, for the first time in more years than I can remember. Oh Yeah! :-)

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 March 2012:
3330 kcal Fat: 232.54g | Prot: 254.12g | Carb: 71.69g.   Breakfast: unsalted butter, mild cheddar cheese, castle wood, Corned Beef, large eggs, stevia blend, kroger, sugar free coffeemate, extreme wellness high fiber low carb tortillas, Private Reserve Sugar Free 60% Cacao Dark Chocolate, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered). Lunch: bacon fat, green beans, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Legs. Dinner: applewood smoked bacon, wright brand, Cornish Game Hen, goose fat, Brussels Sprouts. Snacks/Other: pecan delight, russell stover, Corned Beef, kosher dill spears, kroger, mild cheddar cheese, castle wood, aged swiss cheese, kroger, Hardwood Smoked Premium Black Forest Ham, dry roasted almonds, kirkland. more...

I would be so excited if I lost a pound a week..but I do understand since you have lost a lot more in the past..So happy for you to be in the 280's...Your doing it Buddy...(smiling) for ya...:O)

A pound down is better than a pound up; I couldn't agree more. I guess I'm just so anxious to get this weight off, that even a slow down in losing, can be frustrating; but thanks for the encouragement. :-)

I feel ya COMPLETELY. I started off dropping pretty quick but the past month has been torture. I'm not going back up but I'm not feeling that I'm going down either. "adopt natures way, her way is patience" or something like that from Ralph Waldo Emerson. Something like that. We'll get there!

You are doing good my friend. I remember when you just wanted to hit 299 and look at you NOW! I'm still the same, didn't loose a pound, but glad that I didn't gain. :)
