I've been going downhill fast lately, partly due to how easy excuses have been coming...I had a group of my old roommates come into town for the weekend so I ate and drank what I KNOW I shouldn't. I've also been getting slammed at work, leaving me no time or energy to work out (the only small reprieve there is the fact that I'm constantly running about at work, so there is a bit of calorie burning going on).
However.
I am getting closer and closer to my goal, and I think the progress made thus far has made me complacent. I've become too comfortable, and I think the best way to make sure I stay on track will be to set a time frame.
