I have gained again, but in the scheme of things I'm not overall worried. There will be ups and down on this path. There will be days I eat pizza and ice cream and I will not feel bad about it. I just need to do it in moderation. As long as I continue to pay attention to what I'm putting in my body and choose healthier options more often than unhealthy ones I won't be beating myself up. This is a lifetime commitment and there will be days when I won't be perfect and I accept that. Haven't exercised in a few days because I my dog ran me over Saturday, so once I get back to bike riding I believe the numbers will go down again.
