It is okay to overdo it once in a while. Don't worry about one bad day, just make sure it is only that one day. I have to take a day off every now and then too, it seems to help me keep going with the diet and exercise rather than getting tired and quiting. Don't beat yourself up over it though. Getting upset with yourself about overdoing it will most likely lead to more days like this one. Enjoy your day off and get back to business tomorrow. You have worked so hard, you should be proud of yourself!

Chocolate or caramel covered ice cream with nuts? seriously?
Ice cream is a diet ender for sure.
