Day 5 * I am following the kickstart. On Day's 1&2 I was able to work out twice each day but on days 3&4 I only worked out once. I am so out of shape that everything was hurting and my body needed a break. I will probaby only work out once today as well. I have learned that I must have sufficient sleep to do this program effectively. The 4-5 hours I usually get will not cut it. I can make it on six but I really need at least seven.
