Okay, today is my very first day on the FAT SMASH "diet" forever and hench forth to be called FSD in all of my journal entries.
Ok, for breakfast I ate:
1 cup of the Weight Control Oatmeal (it was advertistised on the Biggest Losser)prepared with water and added 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 2 tbsps of Splenda (I know, I know)and a teaspoon of Bourbon Vanilla.
4 egg whites (I boiled the egg and then removed the yolk) with pepper and a pinch of salt
2 cups of water
1 6oz (100 cal, 0 fat) yoplait cherry yogurt (I know!)
Snack:
12 baby carrots 1 orange 2 cups of water
Lunch:
3 cups of romaine lettuce w/ two lemon wedges (to squirt of lettuce as a dressing) 2 cups of water 1 apple
Snack:
1 banana 2 reduced fat string cheeses
Dinner:
TBD...............
