I am 24, married with three childern. Two girls and a boy. I have been overweight most of my life. I start the fat smash diet on December 31, 2006 and I am not going to give up. I want to get in shape and be healthy not only for myself but for my family also. I want to be around for them as long as possible.

Very much ready for a change, in my body
Hello, I am on my third day of detox. I am ready for a change too. I had a few family memebers that were supposed to start with me but they backed out. I have been making excuses for years but 2007 is going to be my year to get in shape and be healthy for my family. I am also 24 married for almost 6 years with 3 childrens.
