I cant believe im really in 140's
145.0 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'd like to get into the 140s, but I'm not having an easy time. With the fatigue, weakness, gas and headaches, I don't have enough energy to keep up with a Tae Bo tape. I have to see my doctor Monday, as I might be anemic.
