I've always struggled with my weight. Before my 2 boys, I used to weigh about 135-140. I am 5'1. In January 2017, I went on Ideal Protein and lost about 45lbs. I have slowly gained due to coming off & not following the maintenance plan, plus had surgery on March 21st. I am going to try again the alternative IP way. I've already started losing!
