Day 68, and I've been a little MIA. It's almost my birthday, and things are fun and chaotic. Hard to count during this time, but I've been estimating and trying my best.
I live in a small/medium size town known for it's great local food and restaurants. The problem? No nutritional facts and calorie information for their food. We really have a limited amount of commercial restaurants that aren't fast food, which I am not eating. Does anybody else run into this problem?
I'm going home to California this weekend to celebrate my birthday with my parents and family. Dad's making his famous carne asada. I'm so excited! However, right after this, I NEED to stick to it and get back in my routine. I haven't been happy with my performance this week, and my stomach isn't either.
