I am trying to go 30 days with no potatoes whatsoever. Then I shall eat a plate of chips to celebrate.

This is day 3. So far, so good.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 February 2010:

It's actually not a good thing to use food as a reward. We associate food with our emotions (sad we eat, happy we eat, bored we eat, etc.)It's better to use nonfood items. That's how most of us became overweight in the first place. But if you want to give yourself a "treat" once and while, no biggie,lol!
