DameMcMame's Journal, 01 August 2017

So far, I'm winning the competition at work, both in percentage and poundage.

I'm curious - has anyone seen improved results on liver function with keto dieting? My husband and I both had bad results for liver function recently, and I'm wondering if this will help or hurt?

Keto definitely helps with non-alcoholic fatty liver! Look at Dr. Jason Fung's research into it, as well as DietDoctor (dot) com.
