Well I gained 2 lbs. :( Makes me sad, but I won't give up. I will not give into the diet. I know I must try harder to stick with it. I find it harder with the carbs going over then the sugar. Weekend are the hardest. For example when you go to the movies. I want some candy or popcorn and a soda, but I know I shouldn't. I need stronger will power! :)
